The LGA committee is made up of volunteers. We regularly need people for the Committee, to ensure we represent the breadth of views; if you would like to contribute - the work is not onerous and it is a good way to meet your neighbours - please contact the Secretary. The LGA distributes a newsletter - 'The Gardens' - at regular intervals. A copy of the latest issue can be obtained here, or you can obtain a copy by contacting the LGA Administrator.
THE LGA CURRENT AGENDA:
The LGA is currently dealing with the following issues. These may not all be for immediate action but are the topics which are felt to be of interest to members. If you would like to know more about any of these items, or would like to raise any matter, please contact a committee member.
- Gardens Maintenance - routine work to maintain the gardens.
- Garden Development - enhancing the amenity
- Current development projects: there are no major development projects in progress, with the recent completion of installation of a water supply to the gardens.
The Constitution of the LGA allows it to represent residents on matters other than the gardens. Such matters are kept entirely separate from gardens' business - the subscription gathered from members is used exclusively in accordance with the Feu Contract.
