Are you a tenant?

As a tenant you should make sure your landlord or letting agent gives you the following information about the Gardens:
  1. Payment of the LGA subscription
  2. Gaining access to the Gardens
  3. Using the Gardens
  4. Updating the Committee

Subscriptions

Payment of the annual subscription to the LGA is a legal obligation on each householder. You should confirm with your landlord/agent if this obligation has been passed to you.

The annual subscription letter is delivered in June. This letter should be passed to your landlord/agent. Subscriptions should be paid as soon as possible (there is an 'early bird' discount). For more information, see the Subscription page.
IT IS A LEGAL OBLIGATION TO PAY THE SUBSCRIPTION

Access to the Gardens

Each household has a key to the gardens (check with your landlord/agent if you have not been given a key).
Additional keys are available from the treasurer at a cost.

Use of the Gardens

If you wish to hold a function in the Gardens, you must tell a Committee Member. A nominated person must be identified who will be responsible for any damage incurred.

Updating the Committee

When you move into a property, please contact the Committee to ensure we have the correct contact information.
The Committee will be able to redirect letters to your landlord/agent if the information is up-to-date.
